Yes, we are experiencing delays due to high volumes and Covid-19 restrictions.
All deliveries are despatched from our warehouse in Western Australia.
We charge a flat rate of $15 within Australia.
International Shipping:
At this time, we don't ship internationally.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@arjeskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
ARJÊ does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for damaged in transport or incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. Please, email us as soon as possible at info@arjeskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
