1) CREAM CLEANSER: In a circular motion massage into face and neck. Remove with cotton pad or warm face cloth. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice daily. Follow with our Calming Toner

2) CALMING TONER: Apply to a cotton pad and wipe over face, neck, and chest. Use once or twice daily. Follow with our Regenetative Serum with probiotics & root extracts.

3) REGENERATIVE SERUM WITH PROBIOTICS AND ROOT EXTRACTS: Apply a green pea size to face, neck, and decolletage after cleansing. Use once or twice daily. Follow with our Hydrating and Antioxidant Cream.

4) HYDRATING AND ANTIOXIDANT CREAM: After cleansing, apply an almond size and gently massage into face, neck and decolletage. Use once or twice daily.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for damaged in transport or incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping for orders within Australia. All orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Are there delays with delivery times?

Yes, we are experiencing delays due to high volumes and Covid-19 restrictions.

All deliveries are despatched from our warehouse in Western Australia.

We charge a flat rate of $15 within Australia.

International Shipping:

At this time, we don't ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?5>

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@arjeskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
